排产计划工程师

Qualification 任职条件

o Education教育背景

Bachelor’s degree or above, Logistics and management related majors.

大学本科以上学历，物流或管理相关专业

o Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）

3year up experience in planning engineer.

3年以上计划工程师的经验.

Working experience in auto industry is preferred.

有汽车行业相关工作背景优先.

Familiar with car manufacturing production organization system.

熟悉汽车主机厂生产组织系统。

Attend at least 3 project’ technical research of assembly product planning ,Finished at least one assembly  project’s process analysis、quality optimize、support to the production line、summarize the whole project.

完成3个以上的试制阶段的生产计划工作，完成一个量产项目的生产计划工作。

o Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能

Good inventory analysis and proficiency in OFFICE software application.

良好的库存分析能力与熟练的OFFICE软件运用能力

Can use AutoCAD， Primavera 6

会使用AutoCAD，P6

Good oral English, and written English of car industry

精通汽车专业英语，可以进行英语口语交流。

 

Key Responsibility description关键职责描述

1.Model and volume Planning生产排产规划

work out the master production plan according to the annual sales demand plan of the sales department. according to the actual sales orders converted into factory production orders, and the weekly production plan, color and configuration plan are worked out.

根据销售部门的年度销售需求计划制定主生产计划,根据销售部门实际下达的销售订单转换为工厂生产订单编制周生产计划、颜色及配置计划。

2.Handover Change Management  交付变更管理

Control handover change management and keep transparency regarding cost and timeline. 

Communicate with sales department as quickly as possible and adjust delivery priority as much as possible. Follow up the daily needs changes and coordinate the adjustment of the daily schedule of the factory: according to the changes in customer needs and the results of the order review, release the adjustment plan, and coordinate the adjustment of the daily schedule of the factory.

管控交付变更管理，保证合理的变更费用及时间。与销售部门及时沟通尽可能的调整交付优先级，跟踪日常需求变动，并协调工厂日排程的调整：根据客户需求变动情况及订单评审结果，发布交付调整计划；协调工厂进行日排程的调整

3. Try out 试生产

co-ordinate production plan validation according to the needs of new projects. according to the new project requirements of the project team, arrange the production scheduling plan of the new project vehicle, and plan the connection between the plant.

根据新项目的需求协调生产计划验证。根据项目组的新项目要求，安排新项目车辆的生产调度计划，并计划工厂之间的连接。

4. Handover after SOP量产交付

Make monthly delivery of confirmation order. Summary of the month''''s orders, statistics of actual delivery in the month, and details of undeliverable orders. And a systematic analysis report is formed to provide data support for leaders'''' follow-up production decisions.

每月进行当月交付确认订单的整理。汇总当月订单，统计当月实际交付情况、以及未交付订单的明细。并形成系统性分析报告，为领导后续生产决策提供数据支持。

5. Continue improvement and Problems solving持续改进和问题解决

To solve Volume related issues during production.  Monitor the completion of production plan and production delivery target.
